Delete your Rimfall Legends account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Rimfall Legends and sign in.
2. Open Settings > Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. Full accounts enter their password again; guest accounts are confirmed by the device automatically.
4. The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Want a copy of your data first? Use Settings > Account > Download my data before you delete.

Ask us by e-mail

Write to rimfall@thebora.dev with the subject "Delete my account" and include your player code (RF-XXXXXX, shown in Settings > Account).

• Full accounts: send the e-mail from the address of the account, or tell us your username.
• Guest accounts: attach a screenshot of Settings > Account that shows your player code. A guest account is tied to its device, so without the code we cannot find it.

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner) and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently, when the deletion runs:

• Your account: username, e-mail address, password hash, guest id and the hash of the guest secret, sign-in sessions.
• Your profile and progress: coins, blades, upgrades, skins, trails, auras, quests, achievements, titles and the coin history.
• Your ratings, leagues and season results.
• Your friends, friend requests, invites and blocks, the reports you made and your username history.
• The stored replays of your matches and their share links.

What is kept, and for how long

• Match results stay only in anonymised form. They are no longer linked to you, so other players' match histories remain correct.
• Crash reports lose your player code at once and are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Database backups made before the deletion are overwritten automatically within 8 weeks (14 daily and 8 weekly copies).
• An anonymous deletion record (a one-way hash and the date, no personal data) proves that the deletion happened.
