- Your device model, iOS/Android version and the app version (Settings > About).
- What happened and when; a screenshot if you can.
Things you can do yourself
- Download my data and Delete account: Settings > Account. No access to the app any more: delete your account by e-mail.
- Crash reports: Settings > Advanced > Send crash reports.
- Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
